"When the angel Jibreel (Gabriel) recited the words of Allaah to the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) he recited them in a certain way and he showed the Prophet the ways in which it was permissible to recite the Quran."

Tajweed - Lesson 9
When a letter has a Dammah and next letter is waw saakin , then the sound of letters having Dammah and waw saakin is lengthened by two measures of haarakah. 'uu'
